The short version: there are no accounts, no ads, and no selling of data. Your child's name and progress stay on your device. The only data that leaves the device is anonymous diagnostics that keep the apps working, and purchases are handled by Apple.
Who we are
The I Like Learning apps — I Like ABCs, I Like Colors, I Like Shapes and I Like Math — are operated by BURLEIGH CREATIVE YAZILIM VE BILISIM HIZMETLERI LIMITED SIRKETI (“we,” “us”), a company registered in Türkiye, with its registered address at IC KAPI NO:20, NO:4 KUCUKBAKKALKOY MAHALLESI SELVILI SOKAK, ATASEHIR 34750 Istanbul, Türkiye. Where data lives
We're based in Türkiye — but there's almost nothing to transfer. Your child's name and learning progress never leave the device, so no student or child personal information is stored on our servers in Türkiye, the United States, or anywhere else. The only things that reach us are anonymous crash and usage diagnostics that contain no personal information. Wherever we operate from, we design the apps to comply with the U.S. laws that apply to them, including COPPA and state student-privacy laws.
What we don't collect
- No accounts or sign-ins — we never ask for your or your child's email, password, or contact details.
- No location, contacts, photos, or microphone access.
- No advertising in the apps, and no third-party ad networks or ad tracking in the apps.
- No sale or rental of data — ever, to anyone.
What stays on your device
The learner name you enter and all learning progress (lessons completed, streaks, stars, the plan you chose) are stored locally in the app on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
What we do process
- Diagnostics. The apps send anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage events (for example, “a lesson was completed”) so we can fix bugs and improve lessons. These are not used to build profiles of children and are never used for advertising.
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Our purchase infrastructure (RevenueCat) validates subscription status using anonymous identifiers; we never see names or payment details.
- Dino's voice packs. English is built into each app. If your device uses another language, the app downloads that language's recorded voice from our servers once. The request contains the app and language, nothing about you or your child.
Children's privacy
The apps are built for Apple's Kids category and designed to comply with COPPA. There are no social features, no external links inside the kids' experience, and all purchase and settings areas sit behind an ask-a-grown-up gate.

This is a static site with no accounts, no cookies and no forms that collect personal information.
