Is it really free?
Yes — every app is free to download, and its first units are free forever (ABCs: Letters in My Name, A to E and the first letter-sounds unit; Colors: Rainbow Starters and Rainbow Road; Shapes: Shape Starters, Two at Once and Solid Shapes; Math: the first unit of each of its 10 stages). One optional subscription per app unlocks the other units, unlimited Free Play and future lessons, and parent & teacher report cards. Monthly or yearly, with a 2-week free trial on the yearly plan; cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Which app should I start with?
Go by what your child is ready for rather than age alone. I Like Colors (ages 2–5) and I Like Shapes (2–6) are the gentlest starts. I Like ABCs (3–7) begins with the letters in your child's own name. I Like Math (4–9) starts at counting to ten and runs all the way to times tables and fractions. Each app places your child with a quick warm-up, so a confident kid skips ahead.
Is it one subscription for all four apps?
No — each app has its own subscription, bought inside that app. We kept them separate so you only pay for the subjects your child is actually working on.
Does it work on iPhone and iPad?
Yes, every app is universal — one download works on both. The layout scales up on iPad so buttons and pictures stay big.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. There are no accounts and progress is stored on your device, so lessons work offline. You'll only need a connection to download an app, purchase Premium, or fetch Dino's voice the first time you use a language other than English.
What languages does it support?
34: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Dutch, Catalan, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Czech, Slovak, Polish, Croatian, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Dino's voice is recorded in every one — not robotic text-to-speech.
Why is I Like ABCs in English on my non-English phone?
Because it teaches the English alphabet. Menus and Dino's instructions are in your language; the letters, picture words and letter sounds stay English so kids learn the real thing.
How long is a lesson?
A few minutes. Lessons are deliberately bite-sized so they fit bedtime routines, car rides, and classroom station rotations — and so kids end wanting more rather than burning out. Onboarding lets you pick 5, 10 or 15 minutes a day.
What does “lessons that adapt” mean?
Every question tracks what it tests — a letter, a color, a shape, a number fact. Things your child gets right first time skip their teaching card and get quick practice; things they miss come back for review until they stick. Each unit ends with a checkpoint, and a confident child can “skip ahead” to test out of a unit.
Are there ads?
No. Never. No ads, no third-party promotions, no links out of the apps. They're built for Apple's Kids category, which we treat as a hard promise, not a checkbox.
What data do you collect about my child?
We ask for an optional first name so Dino can say it, but no emails or accounts, and your child's progress stays on your device. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple: cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Got a new device? Open the app, go to the Grown-ups tab and tap Restore Purchases.
Is this from the same people as I Can Tell Time?
Yes. I Can Tell Time is our clock-reading app, and these four are built on the same engine, with the same Dino, the same lesson map, and the same no-ads, on-device promise.
